the bathroom lacked counter space. this made organizing toiletries a bit tricky. a little extra space there would be wonderful.

The staff welcomed me warmly. Their smiles were genuine. this hotel sits in the heart of everything. breakfast each morning amazed me. It was creative and so fresh. i spent hours relaxing near the peaceful pool.
the toilet amenities were of a quality that could be improved, i think.

Breakfast was delicious. Staff were friendly and helpful.
The hotel did not provide an iron. I had to iron my clothes in the reception hall which was inconvenient and hot. Also the mattresses were too soft. I didn't sleep well.

the hotel has a great location for exploring the town.
I was disappointed that an iron and ironing board were not available for use in the room. I had to iron in the reception hall. the night shift manager offered no help as i struggled. before check-in, i requested a ground floor room, but it was unavailable upon arrival, forcing my mother to use the stairs.

I was very grateful for the hotel's central location, slightly away from busy streets. It was convenient. The staff provided a genuinely warm welcome. Breakfasts were wonderful and served in a beautiful style. I enjoyed the charming building and courtyard, which was like a museum. It was spotlessly clean.
